It has been found that  the UK ranked 18 out of 20 countries on employee engagement scores [1].

The link between wellbeing and engagement has been well established by leading academics [2], with Engage for Success finding that employees with high wellbeing were more attached to their organisations.

Wellbeing at work is a business critical issue if you have a healthy and happy team then we see the positive cycle of reduced absenteeism and presenteeism, in turn leading to greater business productivity.
